Marketing Communications Contract Awards in May

In May, we saw a handful of marketing communications-related contract awards. Here's a high-level snapshot:

  • ICF won DSEPD Digital Communications for a potential value of $3.8M. This was an awarded, competitive call order on the Health Marketing Services multi-award BPA at CDC.

  • Sensis won a Marketing Consulting Services contract for a potential value of $1M at the CDC.

  • Strategic News Media Communications for HIV/AIDS, Viral Hepatitis, STD, and TB Prevention won by American Institutes for Research (AIR) for a potential value of $17.8M. This was an awarded, competitive call order on the Health Marketing Services multi-award BPA at CDC.

  • Fors Marsh Group (FMG) won the Public Communications and Outreach Support at National Institute of Neurological Disorders and Stroke (NINDS) valued at $2.8M unseating Ogilvy after 15+ years.

Additionally, we saw several sizable task orders on single-award BPAs / IDIQs including:

  • Crosby Marketing was awarded a $5M TO for Economic Impact Payment Campaign 3.0 on their Marketing and Public Relations Services BPA at the Social Security Administration

  • Aptive Resources was awarded a TO with a potential value of $7M for the employer branding and recruitment for DCAA on their OPM Recruitment and Branding BPA.

  • Stratacomm was awarded a $44M TO for Timely, Efficient, and Expert Project Management Knowledge and Skills to Execute a Range of Communication Services on their National Communications, Marketing, and Media Support IDIQ at NHTSA.

And, Resilience Action Partners (joint venture of Ogilvy and Michael Baker) was awarded a three-month extension valued at $6.5M on their Community Engagement and Risk Communications (CERC) contract at FEMA until the $155M recompete is decided later this month.
